January 2027 in Singapore: Art Week, ART SG and the Season Opener
Singapore Art Week runs 21 to 31 January 2027 and ART SG's public days land inside it, 22 to 24 January at Marina Bay Sands. January is the month the city makes its case as Southeast Asia's art capital.
Two fixtures stack into one trip. Singapore Art Week, led by the National Arts Council, runs its 15th edition from 21 to 31 January 2027 at venues across the island, most of them free. Inside the same window, ART SG holds its fifth edition at Marina Bay Sands Expo and Convention Centre, with public days from 22 to 24 January 2027 and S.E.A. Focus alongside.
How to work the week
Base in the Civic District or Bras Basah and the museums, galleries and the fair are all a short ride apart. The fair days are ticketed; most Art Week exhibitions are free, which makes the week an easy add to any January trip. The full January calendar, concerts and theatre included, is on the January 2027 page.
