Anime Festival Asia Singapore 2026: Three Days at Suntec, Explained
Anime Festival Asia Singapore returns for its 18th edition from 27 to 29 November 2026 at Suntec Singapore, Halls 401 to 406, as part of the SJ60 celebrations of 60 years of Singapore and Japan diplomatic relations. Exhibition from S$19 at the first release, three different concert nights, and a ticket ladder worth reading before you buy.
Anime Festival Asia Singapore 2026, AFASG26 for short, fills Halls 401 to 406 of Suntec Singapore Convention and Exhibition Centre from Friday 27 to Sunday 29 November 2026. It is the festival's 18th edition, organised by SOZO, and this year it sits inside SJ60, the marking of 60 years of diplomatic relations between Singapore and Japan. The exhibition floor runs from 10am to 8pm each day. What you do with the rest of the day depends entirely on which ticket you buy, so start there.
The ticket ladder, in plain terms
AFA sells three levels of access, and the names on the ticketing page are exact about what each one opens. An Exhibition ticket gets you the hall: exhibitor booths, the NEXT Stage, the Creators Hub, the Cosplay Hub, Food Street and the GameOn zone. An Exhibition and Stage ticket adds the Day Stage, where doors open at 1.30pm for a 2pm start and the programme is guest talk shows, premiere screenings and licensed showcases. A concert ticket adds the night show, with reserved seating, doors at 6pm and the concert from 7pm, and it also covers the exhibition and the Day Stage. Prices move through phases, and each phase opens as the one before sells out. The Super Early Bird release, on sale from 19 October, priced a one day exhibition ticket at S$19 and has sold out; the Early Bird phase now selling prices that ticket at S$22, a three day exhibition package at S$60, and a one day Exhibition and Stage ticket at S$32. General sale prices rise again, to S$25 for a one day exhibition ticket, and show day prices rise once more. Every price excludes booking fees, tickets are sold through Ticketmaster Singapore, and the official ticketing page notes that sales are non refundable and non exchangeable.
Three nights, three different concerts
The concert programme is built as an Ultimate Music Weekend, with a different headline idea each night. Friday 27 November belongs to composer Yuki Kajiura, whose LIVE vol.#22 precious pieces concert, with a special setlist for Singapore, is billed by the organisers as her first concert performance in Singapore; her music anchors Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba, Puella Magi Madoka Magica and the Fate series. Saturday 28 November is the AFASG26 Music Fest, powered by Crunchyroll: J pop performer Kyary Pamyu Pamyu, anisong singer May'n, rock band Aooo, virtual singers KAF and Isekaijoucho from KAMITSUBAKI STUDIO, and Liyuu, Naomi Payton and Yuina of Liella!, from Love Live! Superstar!!. Sunday 29 November pairs the HoneyWorks Vocal All Stars with AFA VOCALOID NIGHT featuring Hatsune Miku. A concert ticket is sold per night, so choose the night first and let the rest of that day organise itself around it.
How to do the weekend
If you have one day, take Saturday: the fullest exhibition floor, a Day Stage programme and the Music Fest at night. If you have two, add Friday for the Kajiura concert, the one night of the three that is a single artist event rather than a festival bill. Arrive at opening time if merchandise matters to you, because the Creators Hub and the exhibitor exclusives are at their fullest early, and leave the Food Street for the middle of the day rather than the lunch peak. Suntec sits between Esplanade, Promenade and City Hall stations, so the trip in is easy from anywhere central. Regional fans flying in for the weekend should sort the room early: the same weekend opens Singapore's festive season, and the city's full run of late November dates is on the November 2026 page.

One last check before you pay: AFA's own ticketing page is the only place where the current phase and price for each ticket type are stated, and phases move as they sell out. Read the tier names carefully there, because the difference between Exhibition and Exhibition and Stage is the difference between watching the weekend and hearing it explained afterwards.
