Family Day Out is a first ever nation-wide family day of National Family Celebrations ’08. Marked on 24 May 2008, Singaporeans are encouraged to take time off their busy schedules and enjoy the day out with their families. 

Members of the public will be able to enjoy rides on The Singapore Flyer, DUCKtours, HiPPOtours and Rhinotours (event partners of the celebrations). Wildlife Reserves Singapore will also be offering a family package for families who visit Jurong BirdPark, Night Safari and Singapore Zoo on 24 May 2008. Every two paying adults get to bring a child into the zoo for free! 

Family Day Out at The Singapore Flyer will include other exciting fringe activities that will take place all day long at the Family Carnival, offering opportunities for everyone from all ages to bond with their families.
